Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations

Simple Electronics ships to India. We strive to ensure that your products reach you in a timely and efficient manner.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 2 to 5 business days. Cost: 99.
Express Shipping: 2 to 4 business days. Cost: 49.
Free Shipping: Orders over 1000/- qualify for free standard shipping. Delivery in 2 to 5 business days.

Shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on your location and the weight of your order. Exact shipping charges and delivery estimates will be displayed at checkout.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within one business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided.

5. International Shipping

For international orders, customs and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Simple Electronics is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

6. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to local laws and regulations. If an item cannot be shipped to your location, you will be notified at checkout.

Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Items marked as final sale

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Customer Service: Email us at simpleelectronics55@gmail.com or call 9392342638 with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely and include the RMA number. Ship to the address provided by our customer service team.

4. Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 to 5 days.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at simpleelectronics55@gmail.com or 9392342638.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at simpleelectronics55@gmail.com or 9392342638 with your order number and details of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
